The estimated delivery time for your order is approximately 7-14 days, this is determined on your location, and if we have the item in stock sometimes it may take two days for restocking of a product.
Please be advised in some cases there may be delays in shipping due to logistics reasons that are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. Upon dispatch from our online boutique, the ownership of packages is transferred to postal carriers and subsequently to the buyer. We will do our part and provide you the tracking information this is confirmation we have processed and shipped out your order on our end.
Our responsibility for the package concludes once it is shipped. We are not liable for packages that are lost, detained, or damaged during transit. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility for delivery errors made by the carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
